Gone Completely Wrong~

There is nothing in me that wants to wake up to the sad words from a very kind customer stating that I made her custom album in the wrong color, with the wrong number of pages. Nothing. Adding to the stress of the major flub on my part is the fact that her wedding is in 1 week, in Canada. I can and will make a new album, two if needed, and I can and will find a way to get it there in time so that my error has no impact on her wedding. Whatever it takes, I know that I can fix this and I will but still, how could it all go so completely wrong?

I really feel bad for you! I just finished my second custom order and I checked and rechecked a gazillion times to make sure I was doing everything right. Of course, my shop does not have the volume of sales that yours does.

I hope the customer is understanding!

oh, that's awful. I am imagining the pit I would feel in my stomach if I received that kind of news.

Dear Lilliput, I know this is probably not much confort to you, but your honesty and integrity about a painful experience have given me a lot of hope.

I am gearing up to open my own shop on Etsy and have been faced with a good bit of anxiety, as my family are not especially supportive.

I've been worried sick that I will make mistakes - it is conforting to know that even a major success such as yourself can have a setback once in a while. Thank you for being candid enough to share this. Your professionalism is probably why you are so successful. :)
