The Epicenter.

It's getting kind of messy around here.....

I have this purge system I use for cleaning & reorganizing. During the hectic selling months I am usually too busy to do much more than toss things in drawers or behind closet doors. Once I get the chance to clean I get knee deep in every little misplaced thing, simply by emptying all the closets, drawers & corners piled high with chaos. It is a very messy system but once everything is sorted into keep/recycle/donate or toss I can create a beautifully organized space with everything exactly where it should be, sorted and put away. At this current stage it is practically a health hazard but with a few days of bleach, sweat and tunes this mountain of mess should turn into a gorgeous workspace.

Heres hoping!

Peace all.

My process is exactly the same much to the dismay of parents, roommates and siblings! But in the end they are always amazed:)

Have fun!

I too have the same process. Except that I empty everything out of my studio and into the living room and sort things out there before arranging them back in the studio.

Looks like home to me!
Now take that and splatter dye all over the place, and you have my basement "studio".

Oh that is what my studio looks like, yet at the moment I have no plans to clean it, I'm just lazy like that

My studio got about that bad mid-pregnancy and stayed that way until the nesting kicked in and I had enough.

Got the book yesterday! Thanks for the magnets they rock and I always can use tins!

I am in the middle of a overhaul of my little room as well.
I love the big clean up. Perhaps that is the real reason I let it get so messy. :)

I'm in the same process right now. After I got married I felt like we needed a fresh looking apartment. I'm getting there but everything has been in an upheaval since. I'm glad you showed this pic. I'm tempted to only show pictures of myself and home looking perfect but I should be more real.

PS: I love your bunny!
